For an unobstructed view of the fire.
Airwash is the preheating of air and the funnelling of that air down the front of the glass. This ensures a clear view of the fire.

Cooking and Baking

Remember the smell of fresh scones from when you were a child. Our parents and grandparents knew how to make an appliance work for them. In a throwaway society this product will last a lifetime. Cooking is achieved using a double hotplate for searing, two for boiling and two for warming. Baking is done by diverting the smoke around the oven and over again to maintain temperature, the way your mam used to.

Central Air Intake (Standard)

Optional Central Air Intake Available (outside air feed). Central Air Intake is using air from outside the dwelling to draught the stove. It means that when you are using your stove there is no energy taken from the room the stove is in so therefore the stove is even more efficient.

Output

10kW output with a full 316 grade stainless steel oven. Combustion is achieved using a vermiculite lined firebox, easy to use controls all terminating in a 6" opening with smoke diverted around the oven for perfect cooking and baking. Boiler Option also available.
