We would like to thank all our loyal customers that supported us throughout 2024 and we look forward to serving you throughout 2025.

We are only too aware that this year our customer service didn't live up to our usual high standards, for this we are truly sorry. For us as a company 2024 was that one year that we won't be sorry to wave goodbye to. We had some major supply chain issues along with some pretty major machinery problems which to us and our customers alike seemed to take forever to resolve, and thankfully almost all have now been resolved and we are working our way through the backlog.

We have had a pretty poor year on our parts dispatch also as a direct consequence of the issues above. If you were one of those customers that felt let down, we will find resolution. We are in business to supply and service your heating needs which we will endeavour to excel in 2025.

We have dusted off the customer service manuals that we have always been famous for and as a team we are starting on page one as of this week. When you purchased your stove we always said you were joining the Boru family, families stick together so please bear with us and be part of our journey.

We are the only 100% Irish made stove manufacturer that is still family run, so thank you for trusting us with your heating needs.
