The Ellis Cook stove will heat your home and provide you with the comforts of making a home cooked meal. The Ellis Cook stove has a temperature gauge built in and has four hot plates on top. Perfect for all of your cooking and baking needs. But wait there's more! The boiler option will heat up to 10 single radiators and the hot water.

Airwash System
For an unobstructed view of the fire.
Airwash is the preheating of air and the funnelling of that air down the front of the glass. This ensures a clear view of the fire.
Cooking and Baking
The Ellis has a full size oven made from 316 grade stainless steel. Control is maintained by diverting the smoke around the oven. They say that once you have baked on The Ellis you'll never bake on electric again. There are 4 hotplates on top along with a warming plate. Below is a plate warming drawer.
Central Air Intake (Optional)
Optional Central Air Intake Available (outside air feed). Central Air Intake is using air from outside the dwelling to draught the stove. It means that when you are using your stove there is no energy taken from the room the stove is in so therefore the stove is even more efficient.
Output
13kW output to the water and 5kW to the room with a full 316 grade stainless steel oven. The Ellis achieves its output by having a full wrap around boiler and our smoke diversion system for controlled cooking and heating.
